The Union home ministry on Wednesday said that it has taken note of media reports about an App named Tek Fog with regard to its alleged use in manipulating social media platforms.
In a written reply in the Rajya Sabha today, minister of state for home affairs Nityanand Rai said the app has not been found on any prominent App Stores.
He added that the law enforcement agencies have taken appropriate legal action, whenever any unlawful activity is found or reported on social media platforms.
