South Indian star Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s film Radhe Shyam, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, hit the theatres across the world on March 11 and opened to mixed reviews.
As per reports, a fan of the actor died by suicide in Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool district, apparently depressed over the negative reviews the movie received. The 24-year-old deceased boy, identified as Ravi Teja, allegedly informed his mother of his decision to end his own life as the movie did not live up to his expectations. The police have registered a case and are currently investigating the incident.
Produced by UV Creations, Radhe Shyam also stars Sachin Khedekar, Kunal Roy Kapur, Priyadarshi, Murli Sharma, Bhagyashree, Sathyan, and Riddhi Kumar. The movie, which had been in work for nearly three years after facing several delays over the Covid-19 pandemic, finally released on March 11.
