New chiefs at Colgate, Jubilant need to get the shine, fast

While the nation’s largest oral care company, Colgate-Palmolive India, is roping in talent from its competitor; the top foodservice company, Jubilant Foodworks, is seeing its incumbent CEO step down after a five-year stint. Prabha Narasimhan of Hindustan Unilever has been named to join Colgate India as CEO and managing director. She will take over at the helm of the MNC at a critical time.
