Harsh Mariwala, at the age of 72, is all set to inspire and shape the lives of future professionals of the nation.
In a post on Twitter, the Marico Chairman shared that he has joined the LinkedIn Influencer Program. He said he is looking forward to sharing more insights from his career.
The billionaire said he was thrilled to join the platform.
“I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to join this platform. But better late than never,” he added.

Mariwala joins big names from Corporate India such as Biocon CMD Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Kalaari Capital MD Vani Kola, Snapdeal co-founder Kunal Bahl and former Bank of Baroda Chairman Ravi Venkatesan.
Some of the most-viewed professionals on LinkedIn in India are Prime Minister Narendra Modi and actress Priyanka Chopra – who are also influencers on the professional networking platform.
Last month on February 11, Mariwala announced that he was joining LinkedIn.

The businessman decided to promote his book – ‘Harsh Realities’. His first post was about ‘The Story of Marico’.
Mariwala’s book, a wordplay on his name, has a compilation of lessons he learnt during his Marico journey that can help aspiring entrepreneurs.
Published by Penguin India, the book is co-authored by Ram Charan. It was released on Amazon & Flipkart on July 30 last year.
