TV actress Palak Sindhwani from ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ recreates Alia Bhatt’s signature pose from ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’
MUMBAI: Alia Bhatt’s signature namaste pose from the film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ has been trending on Instagram, and now TV actress Palak Sindhwani aka Sonu Atmaram of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah recreated the pose.
She recorded a video on Instagram wherein she recreated the namaste pose. She was first seen wearing a pink jumpsuit and then she switched to a white lehenga look to give full gangster Gangubai vibes. Palak rounded her lehenga look with silver earrings and tied her hair in a neat bun.

Along with this video, Palak penned a sweet note marking Women’s Day 2022. She revealed that she watched the Alia-starrer crime thriller yesterday (March 07) and is in awe of the actress’ performance.
Her caption read: “Watched this movie yesterday and I’m still thinking about it, what a beautiful piece of art! @aliaabhatt @bhansaliproductions. I can’t believe what all we women has to go through, from facing discrimination to bearing pain to deal with challenges on a daily basis and the list goes on but still we are here, trying to live our life to the fullest unapologetically, giving it all our heart and soul, and I’m proud of all of us, we all deserve the best in life and we don’t expect anybody else to give it to us on a golden platter, we will go and get it on our own, cheers to us!”
Palak is known for playing Sonu Atmaram Bhide on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. After Nidhi Bhanushali, Palak took up the role. Fans adore her performance on the sitcom.
